So it seems - everytime he's done this mid-night vomiting (and then is fine afterwards), he's had M&C from either Kid Cuisine (sometimes w/ chik nuggets) or a restaurant's offering.
Yet it's not 100% = vomit; and M&C made at home (Kraft regular or Easy-Mac) hasn't had any problems.
And he eats whole-wheat bread & various pastas OK.
For restaurants (2x that I recall, including this episode)- I'm wondering HOW they make their M&C, and perhaps things are sitting out too long(?)
