Thanks for the warm thoughts so far.
She's not pre-eclampsia - yet. But being closely monitored to see if new meds bring the BP & protein down. She/baby has been given 1 of 2 steroid shots, to help prepare baby's lungs in case of early delivery.
If that happens, 80% survival rate with good quality of life. But, that's physical. Mental development might be impeded. The baby would need to be in NICU for up to 2 months.
And my friend will be in the hospital until delivery - best case. Worse, the baby is coming.
