Interview: update

Went well; the position as described sounds like a good match - I'd use what I know, and learn what I don't. Company is very pro-training. Family friendly.
They'll finish interviewing early next week, and hope to have offer & acceptance by next Friday.

1) keeps my registration valid (course, if I take the class in 2 yrs, I'm ok even if not guarding) and 2) extra cushion/play $
With DragonCon & BotCon coming, maint on the car & bike due (incl tires on the bike), and mods to bike.... plus a general oh-s* fund.... I can live.
there's a mental & physical difference between working 2nd job b/c I *have* to in order for the living-bills to be paid, and working *if* I want, for extra pay.
